Myles J. Thomas is a pianist, composer, arranger, producer, and songwriter based in Nashville, Tennessee. As a versatile and accomplished musician, he has performed across a wide range of genres, including jazz, pop, R&B, classical, rock, and gospel. His dynamic musical background and passion for collaboration have established him as a sought-after performer, music director, and creative artist.

Myles began his musical journey at the age of eight, studying piano at the Sumbry School of Music in Phenix City, Alabama, where he received formal training in classical and gospel music. As his interests expanded, he spent six years as a percussionist in concert and marching band, gaining experience with diverse musical styles while developing a strong foundation in ensemble performance. Throughout high school, he also served in various musical leadership and production roles, cultivating skills that would later shape his work as a producer, arranger, and bandleader.

He continued his education at Troy University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Music Industry with a concentration in Piano Performance. During his collegiate career, Myles performed with two student-led groups, five collegiate ensembles, and two university choirs while serving as a music director and bandleader for several of these organizations. His time at Troy provided opportunities to study and perform alongside respected industry professionals, including Paul Jackson Jr., Chris Vrenna, Al Chez, and Deborah Allen. He also contributed to numerous university events, including scholarship brunches, student showcases, and the university's TEDx event.

After graduating with honors in 2024, Myles relocated to Nashville to pursue a career as a professional pianist, producer, composer, and songwriter. Currently, he performs throughout the city as both a solo pianist and a collaborative musician with a variety of artists and groups. Whether on stage, in the studio, or behind the scenes, Myles is committed to creating meaningful musical experiences through artistry, versatility, and excellence.
